This October, ENSŌ Izakaya & Bar welcomes diners to discover the distinctive flavours of Hokkaido through a culinary collaboration with Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. Chef Takayuki Uehara of Robata- the signature Japanese restaurant at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono will join ENSŌ Executive Japanese Chef Masami Okamoto for a limited-time dining experience inspired by Hokkaido’s natural richness.

For this exclusive collaboration, Chef Takayuki Uehara brings the distinctive flavours of Hokkaido to Kuala Lumpur through a specially curated menu. Drawing from the region’s natural abundance, the menu highlights ingredients such as kombu, miso and Hokkaido seafood, alongside other regional specialities, thoughtfully interpreted through the chefs’ shared appreciation for seasonality and craftsmanship.

Happening on Tuesday to Saturday, from 22 to 31 October 2026.
